Cкирп после замены фотобарабана.
Я в таком случае делаю так: Припудриваю ракель при установке тонером. Если после этого скрип остается то Располовиниваю картирдж, Беру ту половинку в которой барабан, припудриваю его тонером по всей длине и прокручиваю в прямом и обратном аправлении... Возможно после этого нужно будет очистить ролик первичного заряда.
Я все перепробывал, чего только не поменял, но скрип пропал только после того как поменял корпус, а точнее половинку на которой стоит селеновый вал.

Как узнать, что надо делать - восстановление или заправку?
Как правило, лазерный картридж выдерживает 2-3 заправки, после этого нужно делать восстановление. Есть некоторые признаки по которым можно определить, что делать восстановление или заправку:
Блеклые отпечатки, местами текст почти не видно - признак того, что кончается тонер, можно достать картридж и потрести его, на какое-то время поможет, но уже пора заказывать заправку!
Вертикальные черные полосы в разных местах листа, но чаще всего по краям - признак износа барабана - надо делать восстановление
Горизонтальные темные полосы - признак того, что барабан засвечен, возможно картридж хранили без черного пакета - надо делать восстановление
Серый фон по всему листу, "ошметки" тонера - возможно поврежден ракель (чистящее лезвие) - надо делать восстановление
Вертикальные тонкие полосы вдоль всего листа - поврежден магнитный вал (Мag Roller, Developer Roller) - надо делать восстановление
Дефект печати повторяющийся в 3х-4х местах по длине листа, при этом остальной отпечаток нормальный - механическое повреждение барабана (скол), происходит в следствии механического повреждения картриджа (уронили, неправильно пытались вставить в принтер) - надо делать восстановление
Картридж шумит при работе (скрепит) - возможно износился ракель (чистящее лезвие) - надо делать восстановление
